Location close to the shopping centre, a cool new shopping mall with lots of choices for coffee or meals, nice big climbing zone, cool gym\work out zone, supermarket and the mrt and the shopping malls. New-fashioned and soundproof rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Quick check-in, very pleasant employees.

It was a quaint place, had really good staff with friendly service and fun atmosphere. The room I stayed in was well-designed on the higher floors. The location was marvellous for exploring this comfortable area, just next door to Battlebox at Fort Canning, the National Gallery, and the Asian Civilisations Museum, shopping mall all and practical shops.

The location is fantastic with easy access to attractions and dining. The room design made the most of the space, although the washbasin's location was a bit awkward. Unfortunately, the WiFi became frustratingly slow later in my stay, and staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.

The location is a major plus, right inside a shopping mall! We enjoyed the food court and found it super convenient. The nearby Merlion and Fort Canning Park were perfect for family outings and morning runs. Clean room too!

My kids wished for some fun amenities for them, like a play area or more kid-friendly options during breakfast.

I spent 4 nights here and really loved how stylish the rooms are, especially the cozy ambiance during my evening downtime. The rooftop garden area and leisure room were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was the room being a bit small was nice, but overall, it was a fantastic stay 🌟

Convenient location with tons of food options in the mall. The shower area is too narrow, making a mess in the bathroom. The co-living spaces are well-designed and encourage social interactions. Noisy from the nearby fire station at times. A solid experience.

Prime Location and Comfortable Stay

The room was modern and efficient, ideal for younger travelers. The location within a vibrant mall made it convenient for shopping and dining, with everything just a few steps away. I had restful nights, thanks to the comfortable beds. The lack of a TV in the room was a slight miss for me.

The location in the cbd was super convenient, with lots of dining options nearby. The modern design and helpful staff exceeded my expectations this getaway nice.

The cool vibe at this place is unmatched! I loved the spacious Studio Queen Bed room, complete with fantastic storage under the bed for all our gear. Plus, the central location makes it easy to explore tons of dining and shopping options right below us.

Lyf Funan excels with its prime location in the Central Business District, adjacent to a vibrant mall that offers a wide range of dining and shopping options. The modern design of the facility is excellent, and the communal areas, including workspaces and a gym, cater perfectly to business needs. Staff were attentive and quickly assisted with requests, improving my overall experience.

Some rooms may initially feel stuffy.
